UNO Micro Ventilator-03

“ A new concept in mouse and rat ventilation.”

   

The UNO Micro Ventilator is a mechanical ventilator uniquely designed for use with mice and rats

for respiratoric support or totally controlled inhalation anaesthetic.

This revolutionary new concept of mechanical ventilation has a proven performance even with mice of ≥ 15 gr. bodyweight.

The ventilation pattern of the UMV is based on the natural, spontenaous respiratory pattern of rat and mouse,

i.e. a SINUS-form without a plateau pressure.

The UMV is a pressure-, volume- and frequency cycled ventilator which can very easily be integrated in a flowmeter / vaporizer set-up.

1. Depending on the size of endotracheal tube used.
2. If distance is more than 1 meter the local situation has te obe checked and an extra valve could be necessary.
The ventilation pattern of the UMV is based on the natural, spontaneous

The UMV is a pressure-, volume- and frequency cycled ventilator which can very
easily be integrated in a flowmeter / vaporizer set-up.
The UMV includes an operation table with luer connection for the endotracheal tube,
an adjustable pressure reader, a pulse- and gas supply
connection and a gas exhaust valve. The system has an extremely small dead volume.
